Management & Media, founded by Leo Karis in 1992, is one of the most influential privately-owned sports, media and entertainment companies.

Leo Karis is a senior business executive with over 30 years of experience and is a trusted advisor to high profile individuals, rights holders, brands, sports franchises, sports governing bodies, government agencies and media organisations seeking commercial opportunities in Australia and internationally. With an extensive network of partner agencies globally, Leo has a proven track record of negotiating and facilitating commercial agreements between these stakeholders.

Leo founded Management & Media following two years at The Harry M. Miller Group, working alongside legendary entrepreneur and impresario Harry M. Miller.

In 1991, Leo graduated from the University of NSW with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.
